Sara was the mannequin wife of David. Together, they resided in Room 302 of Addison Apartments.
Appearance
Sara was a nude feminine mannequin of a beige color. She consisted only of her head and upper torso, lacking her arms and legs.

At an unknown time, David found and became infatuated with Sara. The two were eventually “married” and later moved into Addison Apartments.

The Trial
While investigating the complex for paranormal activity, Sal and Larry visited David and Sara. David noted that Sara was feeling sick.
Sara was later seen covered by a strange black substance (the same substance that had covered most of the other tenants' souls) in the spirit realm as Larry helped Sal break the barrier spells.
It is unknown what became of Sara after the mass murder and subsequent abandonment of Addison Apartments.
Trivia
- It is commonly theorized that Trapanrot, one of Beelzebub’s artworks seen in "The Trial", is somehow connected to Sara. Steve Gabry has confirmed there is a connection.
