Phillip is shown to wear a red long sleeve shirt with black horizontal stripes, black pants, and red shoes. He has bright blue hair-- longer on the top, shorter on the sides-- and thick eyebrows in the same color. Phillip also has ear tunnels in both his ears.
Personality
Nothing is known about Phillip's personality, as he only appears in the background and lacks any dialogue.

- He shares a similar appearance to Sal Fisher, as they both have blue hair and ear piercings.
