Neil was a character who made his first physical appearance in "The Trial". He was Todd Morrison's boyfriend.
Appearance
Neil was a young African American man with brown hair and stubble.
He wore a yellow V-neck long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans with sneakers.
Personality
Neil was a very easygoing and caring individual, lending a sympathetic ear to Sal's recurring nightmares and returning the boy's phone.
Biography
Neil was born in the South before then moving up north to within the Nockfell area[1]. He met Todd in the school library[2][3] and began dating sometime before early 1994[4].
Neil was Todd Morrison's boyfriend through high school and into college, moving in with him and Sal Fisher while the gang continued their investigation into the Devourers of God. He was studying to become a registered nurse[1].
On the day of the Mass Murder at Addison Apartments, Neil lent an ear to Sal's troubled nightmares and returned the boy's phone before going to his shift at the local cafe.
After the Mass Murder, Neil attended Sal's trial, despite not losing any family in the incident.
In Memories and Dreams, Neil and Maple are kidnapped by The Devourers of God while Ash is out of the house. They and two other individuals are later ritualistically sacrificed by the Cult.
