Name: Sori (soar-ee) Kirkol (kirk-ole)
Age: 15 ish (The Bologna Incident time), 25 ish (memories and dreams)
Backstory: when Sori turned 7, her grandmother gave her a book about witchcraft that she read night after night. She became obsessed with witchcraft and began dressing up as one for school picture day, Halloween, and eventually every day. Kids at school began to make fun of her and would bully her, tearing her hat and outfit or ripping pages out of her book. Even her mother told her that she had an “unhealthy obsession” and would repeatedly throw out her clothes and hat. On Sori’s 14th birthday, she tried out a spell on a mean classmate that brutally amputated his leg. Her mother then decided that she needed to move to somewhere new for a fresh start, so they moved to Nockfell.
During game events: in the bologna incident, Cassidy starts doing aerial silks and meets Sori who also takes classes there. Sori is very talented at silks and at multiple times helps Cass more than the teacher could. They become closer friends and Sori shows Cass her non-aerial attire, her witch costume, and expects Cass to bully her. Instead, Cassidy tells Sori to always be herself and not to worry about what other people say, Cass being in a similar situation with her and her brother being bullied because of their masks.
In Memories and Dreams, The cult discovers Sori and the powers that she holds with her spellbook. They recruit her, convincing her that they are helping people, and have her perform a spell which half-summons the red eyed demon, causing Cass and Sal to begin seeing it. After Sori does another spell, the red eyes begins to affect people and eventually causes the mass murder at Addison Apartments. Sori then meets Philip, a former nockfell high student, and begins to develop feelings for him. When the cult decides to use him as a victim for the ritual, she learns what they are doing is wrong and tries to stop them, but is wounded and has to secretly escape with Philip. She then plays an important role of helping Ashley semi-revive sal as her arm, and then escapes with Philip to South Africa.
