Also, counterpoint: she was raised by said syndicate from a very tender and vulnerable moment in her life. There's a good chance that right/wrong is shifted in her mind. Everything she did, at first, was out of other factors... Thinking that she's being considered weak/useless to Silco, following orders to protect the Shimmer being smuggled, psychosis episodes, and the bombing (of the council) was out of grief, thinking that it'd send the message to Piltover and fulfill Silco's wish of freedom.

Is she perfect? No, absolutely not. But there's a canon world where she didn't go through all of this, and the only thing bad about that world is Vi isn't there.

In season 2 (spoiler warning), she gives up the entire criminal life purely to care for Isha... And she even betters her self enough to be a "Big Fat Hero"... What she does isn't legal, but when she puts her heart in the right place, she really is trying to be perfect for whoever she's with

For Silco, she was a dangerous weapon.

For Isha, A loving, protective caregiver.

For Ekko, an ally and hero.

And Jinx has done MANY bad things, but she's never murdered a child😸
